ME: have you ever done a good deed just bc you did it. But then were kinda disappointed at the lack of a reward.

ME: yes. I mean i saved them THOUSANDS of $s
ASHLEY: what did they say?
ME: that i was right. So they had to spend a few hours on the phone with amazon, and only a few books were purchased. And that they were calling all 160 ppl to inform them $1600 if each person bought one book! She thanked me and said she is going to come say hello tomorrow night at the game. but i am a little shocked. oh well... ha! I feel bad that i am bummed that she wasn't like, "sit courtside tomorrow night!" 
ASHLEY: that is kind of shocking
ME: maybe it'll be a surprise. nah, don't want to get my hopes up.
